Financing Questions

In this section, you can evaluate how you are doing in financing Continuing Professional Development (CPD). You will have to answer four questions and then you will get the appropriate scorecard. It will give you input and valuable information.

  1. How many funds for further education for Adult Educators do you know?


  2. To which extent will CPD activities you finance for your staff, lead to better training offers?


  3. How many CPD measures would you be willing to finance for your teachers/trainers or freelancers who have a long relationship with your company (assuming that the costs are not too high)?


  4. In your view, to what extent does your support in CPD activities raise your trainers' motivation?
