Future Orientation Questions

In this section, you can evaluate how you are doing in the area of Future Orientation of your organisation. You will have to answer six questions and then you will get the appropriate scorecard. It will give you input and helpful information.

  1. When you think about your organization's future, to what extent can well-educated teachers/trainers contribute to a long-lasting success of your organisation?


  2. To what extent would you support the use of CPD offers of your teachers/trainers (Permanent staff)?


  3. To what extent would you support the use of CPD offers of your teachers/trainers who work for you as freelancers?


  4. How much working time of your staff would you be willing to invest for CPD to acquire knowledge and skills, perceived as important for the future in Adult Education (e.g. communication skills, new and innovative teaching methods, digital skills…)


  5. In your opinion – how important is the teaching quality with regards to attracting current and future adult learners?


  6. Do you have a plan regarding CPD initiatives in your organisation for the upcoming (e.g.)2 years?
