Public Image Questions

In this section, you can evaluate how you are doing concerning the relevance of CPD for your organization's public image. You will have to answer four questions and then you will get the appropriate scorecard. It will give you input and useful information.

  1. In terms of quality, how would adult learners rank your organisation compared to other adult education providers in your region?


  2. How critical are your teacher's soft skills (e.g. communication skills, teamwork abilities, interpersonal skills, creativity) for you with regards to a positive learning environment for your clients?


  3. To what extent could the CPD of your teachers/trainers be a flagship for your organisation?


  4. To what extent could you use the CPD of your teachers/trainers as an advertisement for your organisation and the quality of your offers?
