The 2nd IPAL transnational meeting in Leipzig

The partners of the IPAL project, met for the first time in person for the second transnational meeting hosted by Wisamar in Leipzig, Germany. The meeting took place on 21 & 22 July 2021 and the outcomes were fruitful, so as to design and implement the next steps in our project.

During the meeting, the partners discussed about IO1Scorecard and screening questionnaire on adult education providers’ performance in terms of the professional development of adult educators,  a self-assessment tool for adult education providers. This tool is developed based on inputs received by focus groups (adult trainers and adult education providers) in all partner countries, engaging more than 100 participants.

In addition, partners kick started the development of IO2 that focuses on training resources for adult educators, which will be offered in digital and print format. The next steps were clearly defined and partners under the guidance of the output leader, Promimpresa are ready start developing the methodology and contents for 8 modules related to instructional practices for adult learners.

Last but not least, the dissemination and quality assurance activities were presented and evaluated positively by the consortium and next actions were defined.
